"I don't even know where to start with this review, because Caroline has completely transformed my business. I came to her after running a small business in addition to juggling a day job for 6 years. My dream was to quit my day job, but I never felt that I could do it. In a small amount of time, Caroline made my dream come true. The amount of work she did to help me reach my goal is unparalleled. She examined and improved every aspect of my business, from branding and marketing, to product development, to the finances. I didn't realize how much I didn't know until Caroline opened my eyes. She helped me create a much more sustainable business model, she helped me understand my business spending, and forecast future income. She also helped me find production partners to create new products that I had been wanting to develop for years but couldn't manage to, and she helped me brand my business. She guided me and taught me how to take hold of my business, rather than doing it for me. And she did it all with so much patience and understanding! But the most important part is that her positive energy and obvious passion for what she does is contagious. After several months of working with Caroline, my business income grew so much that I was finally able to quit my day job and work on my business full time. I did not realized how much I did not know until Caroline mentored me through the ins & outs of QBO and setting up the business correctly from the beginning. "Caroline had been an absolute dream-come-true for a small start up company like ours. I started using Quickbooks Online at the beginning of this year and I had just enough accounting knowledge to really make a mess of things :-) . Caroline was patient and kind and completely went back through all my transactions and recategorized everything for me! She has sat down with me multiple times to make sure that I understand how and what she is doing and also what I will continue to do on my own. I can't tell you how much easier the program is for me to use now that she has helped me understand how it all works! With all that you have to do and think about when getting a new business off the ground, worrying that you aren't tracking and entering all of your information correctly can be extremely stressful! Caroline has been an absolute blessing! I do and will keep recommending her services to anyone that has a need! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would!!!"

Services provided - Everything!!!
Caroline saved my world! She came in and reset up all the errors from the last year and all the misguidance I received from another CPA. Caroline came in and took care of me and CustomFitt's books so now I am able to confidently hand over everything to my CPA for taxes. I would recommend her to anyone and plan to.

I was feeling very overwhelmed with QB and had so many questions. I was fortunate to have found Caroline through QB,
under add your accountant. WHAT A LIFE SAVER! I'm so glad I found her. She put my worries/stress to ease.
She is VERY knowledgeable, patient and her communication is on point. I just can't say enough about her.
She's a breath of fresh air. I would strongly recommend her for all your QB needs.

I often jokingly tell people that Caroline has saved my marriage but it's pretty close to the truth! Caroline has handled the bookkeeping for my husband's small business for almost two years now which means I get to focus on being a wife.
She is extremely thorough, professional, easy to get along with, and works seamlessly with our end-of-year tax
consultant. She has extensive knowledge of QuickBooks which means she was ready to go from day 1 and she cleaned
up a lot of my lazy bookkeeping habits. I am confident that our small business's books are in great hands with Caroline
which is a huge relief for me and my husband.
